Purchase Conditions

Product Availability and Pricing Policy 

The products may be purchased by natural persons. 

The articles offered on www.mindoo.es are only available for the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Mindoo reserves the right to modify its offer, withdrawing any reference or modifying content and prices at any time. 

The prices that appear published include VAT tax (21%), and the value of the purchase made will be that displayed at the time of the closing of the commercial operation. If there were a price change during the logistics process, this purchase would not suffer any economic alteration. 

The sales prices do not include shipping costs, which will amount to € 3.95 VAT included for orders in the peninsula (€ 9.68 VAT included, in the Balearic Islands), provided that the total quantity of product per order amounts to less than 30 € and the option "2 to 3 days" is chosen, or € 12 VAT INCLUDED if the option "1 to 2 days" is chosen and will be added during the purchase process and will be reflected in the order document. 

Purchase System 

To make a purchase, the user must have registered their data using the corresponding form. To make a purchase, you must follow the steps indicated on the website, which are as follows: 

1. Select the product. 

2. Add it to the cart. 

3. Verify the billing and shipping address of merchandise. 

4. Accept the shipping method and the corresponding costs. 

5. Decide on the payment method. 

6. Check the purchase card with all the fields and Accept.

After the whole process, you will automatically receive a confirmation message in your email. You can also access the order data through the corresponding link on the page of the final purchase card. If for any technological reason, you do not receive a confirmation notice after 24 hours of purchase, you should contact Mindoo to confirm the purchase, by sending an email to this link. 

Payment Methods 

The available means of payment are: 

1 / Cash on delivery 

This payment system has a surcharge of € 4 on the total order. Payment will be made in cash at the time of delivery of the order through the transport company in euros and accepting only amounts in cash, not being able to make the payment using other means. Orders paid for reimbursement whose amount exceeds 60 euros will not be accepted. It is necessary to have the exact amount of the purchase prepared since the courier has no change. 

2 / Bank Transfer 

Orders paid through Bank Transfer, until the amount of your order is received, the Purchase Order will not be understood as Confirmed and therefore it will not be processed 

3 / By credit card 

Through the POS of the bank that our system selects in each case, which guarantees confidentiality and a secure connection as a guarantee for payment. 

4 / Bizum 

Through the POS of the bank that our system selects in each case, which guarantees confidentiality and a secure connection as a guarantee for payment. 

The user, once registered, must make the payment by credit or debit card Visa, Mastercard. The card with which the payment is made must have as its issuing financial entity a Spanish bank or savings bank or a branch or subsidiary financial entity of a foreign financial entity established in Spain. 

The user must notify Mindoo, through an e-mail addressed to this link, of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases on the Website, in the shortest time possible, in order that Mindoo can carry out the steps it deems appropriate. Likewise, Mindoo states that it does not have access to or store sensitive data related to the means of payment used by the user. Only the corresponding payment processing entity has access to this data for the management of payments and collections.

If for any circumstance beyond the control of Mindoo, the payment is rejected by IngDirect's secure server, the order will not be processed and the user informed of such circumstance. If you choose to make a bank transfer, the User will find the account details in the last step of the payment, where they can make the corresponding deposit and thus complete the purchase process. Likewise, the User will receive an email with the bank details. The payment will be valid as soon as the corresponding amount has been entered into the Mindoo account, the effect of which will be to send the merchandise to the User. 

Delivery Terms 

The delivery of the order will be effective between 2 and 7 business days after receiving the Order Confirmation email. (except in the Balearic Islands which can be a maximum of 14 working days). 

If for any reason the delivery date could not be met and the delivery date of the order is delayed, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid. Please note that in any case we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 

The delay may be due to the following reasons: 

● Delivery area 

● Stock break 

● Failure to pay the order 

● Unforeseen circumstances 

When the order is delivered, you must check that the shipment is correct. If there is any discrepancy or problem with your order at the time of delivery, you must reflect the nature of the discrepancy or problem (eg open package, damaged goods) on the delivery note, and sign it. You should then contact the Customer Service Department by phone 966 06 10 57 (Our customer service hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) or by email info@mindoo.es. 

If the goods do not correspond to your order or you are not satisfied with them, you can exchange them for others or return them and request a refund of the amount in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Returns Policy section. 

Make sure that the products ordered meet your needs. If not, at this time you can still accept the delivery or return the products, bearing in mind that the return will be at your expense (for more details, see our Returns Policy). 

For the purposes of the Purchase Conditions, it will be understood that the order has been delivered:

● At the chosen address: when you sign your receipt to the carrier, at the delivery address that you indicated. 

You must notify the Customer Service Department as soon as possible of non-receipt of goods or delays in delivery of more than eight (8) business days. 

Delivery after: 

a. let the carrier go and find no one at home. 

b. that from the transport agency they call by phone to arrange delivery and cannot get in touch. 

In any case, we will leave you a note explaining where your package is located and what steps to follow in order for it to be sent to you again. 

If you are not going to be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery another day. 

In order to avoid the impossibility of delivery of your order, we ask that you provide a delivery address where a recipient can always be found. 

Return Policy 

If you wish to withdraw from the Purchase Contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, you must notify us through our mail: mindoo@mindoo.es. 

Mindoo will manage the collection at your home, or the new address that you specify in our email when you notify the return request, along with the Returns Form that you will have received with the order, duly completed. The fact of asking in said return form the reasons for withdrawal are merely informative and statistical. 

Mindoo will accept returned items that are in perfect condition, with their original packaging and their use does not go beyond the mere verification of good condition and operation. 

After examining the product, we will inform you if you have the right to a return. The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your intention to withdraw, and in the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase. You will bear the cost and risk of returning the products to us, as indicated above. 

The return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not proceed.
