2.- Disengagement from Facebook

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it. The user completely disassociates himself from Instagram and is aware that he is providing his information to the MINDOO company and not to Instagram. The information you provide will be used to manage the participation of the contestant, as well as to communicate the prize in the case of being awarded and for promotional and commercial purposes.

3.- Purpose and mechanics of the contest

To get the award, participants must meet the following requirements:

•Be of age.

• Be a Follower @ of our Instagram page, clicking "LIKE" on our "MINDOO" page, and mentioning a friend.

• Like the publication of the contest on Instagram.

Inappropriate, duplicate, profane or rude entries will be removed.

Participation in the Contest implies the transfer and express authorization of all intellectual property rights and image over the participations, so that the participant assigns to the MINDOO company, the exploitation rights of an intellectual, industrial and / or image nature. that may correspond to or derive from the entries sent to participate in the Contest.

4.- Duration and Scope

The activity will take place throughout the national space within the peninsula. The start date of the contest will be Friday 05/07/2021 and will end on 05/24/2021.

5.- Requirements to participate

They can participate in the Promotion: All individuals over 18 years of age with residence in Spain within the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, who are fans or followers of MINDOO's official Instagram page and who have a real user profile on Instagram, as well as comply with the mechanics competition.

6.- Selection of the winner / winners, substitutes, communication.

The name of the winner @, and the capture of the draw will be communicated on the public wall of Instagram and other social networks, so that the winner @ can contact MINDOO. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days from the first contact or publication attempt, or the winner renounces the prize, a new winner will be selected, the previous winner losing his right to claim the prize. 10.- Acceptance of the bases

The simple participation in the contest implies the acceptance of these Bases, so the manifestation in the sense of non-acceptance of all or part of them will imply the exclusion of the participant and as a consequence of this, MINDOO will be released from compliance with the obligation contracted with said participant.
